Domestic Shipping (United States addresses)
The charge is $5.00 for orders from .01 - 49.99 and FREE on orders of product over $50.00.  Our goal is to ship all orders within 24 - 48 hours after receipt of payment.  We will contact you if this changes.  You should anticipate receiving your order within a week.

International Shipping
When registering or checking out, be sure to enter your country in the Country field so we can properly calculate shipping for you.  Shipping charges to international destination are preset to $20.  When your actual shipping amount is over the amount shown on your order, we will cover the difference; otherwise, if it is less than that, we'll credit your credit card with the savings.

Privacy Policy
The Studio respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We will not sell, trade, or distribute your personally identifiable information to anyone. Personally identifiable information obtained will only be used to process the order of intent.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Your order is carefully packed. Should you receive an order with an error, please note that we will try our utmost to make it right. Please don't despair, just call or email us and we will fix the problem.
Yarns sent in error or defective yarns may be returned for full credit or replacement. We will absorb all shipping costs.
If your order was filled correctly - including agreed upon colors on telephone orders - we will gladly accept your return. However, there are no refunds on shipping and handling costs on correctly filled orders.
No returns accepted after 60 days from the date on your sales slip.
All sale items are final sale. Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
All yarn returns must be in new condition, with all original packaging. We do not accept returns on any skein yarns that have been wound into balls.

Color on the Web
The colors you see on your screen may not identically match the yarn in reality. Small adjustments in your monitor settings can make a large difference in the color of items on your screen. If, when you receive a yarn, the color does not match closely enough for you, see the section on returns for directions on how to proceed.
